Our Process

We provide daily fuel price quotations that consistently offer significant savings compared to retail prices. Upon receiving the quote, invoices are promptly sent to our customers. To ensure the smooth delivery of our services, we charge a flat delivery fee of $125.00. Conveniently, payments can be made securely through credit card transactions. Once the payment has been successfully processed, the fuel delivery is scheduled and carried out.

As a part of our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction, we provide time-stamped photos of the delivery as confirmation. This serves as tangible proof of the completed service. Notably, our process eliminates the need for customer accounts, eliminating the hassle of managing accounts and mitigating the potential for billing discrepancies or the need for reconciliation.

Currently, our trailers have a capacity of up to 980 gallons for delivery. Should your fuel requirements exceed this capacity, it may necessitate multiple trips. However, we want to assure you that despite the need for additional trips, we will only charge a single delivery fee. The advantage of utilizing trailers of this size lies in the improved and simplified access they provide to sites that may be inaccessible to larger vehicles.

Our Story

In the fall of 2022, we were actively involved in the cleanup efforts following hurricane Ian. During that time, I found myself in need of fuel for my equipment which I ordered from a local vendor. However, upon receiving the invoice, I was shocked to discover that the amount was more than double the originally quoted price. Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot of the initial quote, which allowed me to dispute the inflated amount. Despite enduring months of frustration, I persisted in resolving the issue, and eventually, the correction was made. Meanwhile, the vendor continued to raise my delivery fees, adding to the mounting dissatisfaction.

Dissatisfied with this experience, I made the decision to seek out a new fuel delivery vendor. I went through the process of sourcing another provider, placed my order, and patiently awaited the arrival of the fuel. However, to my dismay, the fuel never arrived, leaving me once again without the resources I needed.

Undeterred, I pressed on in my search for a reliable fuel delivery vendor. Unfortunately, the next company I approached had minimum quantity requirements and was unwilling to accommodate the volume I needed.

At this point, it became evident to me that there was a significant gap in the market for an honest, dependable, and customer-friendly fuel delivery service. Motivated by this realization, I made the decision to invest in storage tanks and equipment, ultimately establishing my own fuel delivery service.

Drawing upon my background as an engineer, I leverage problem-solving skills to address the unique challenges that arise in this industry. In addition, my unwavering commitment to customer service and fair pricing sets us apart from the competition, enabling us to deliver a fuel delivery service that others simply cannot match.

Success Story

I received a voicemail from a referral, and to their surprise, I called them back within 5 minutes. They expressed the need for twice-daily fuel deliveries: 600 gallons in the morning and 250 gallons in the evening to top off. Curious about the higher evening amount, as usage should typically be the same or less, I inquired further. It turned out that their current vendor had been consistently late with deliveries, prompting the need for additional fuel during the day. I assured them that I could provide deliveries at 6 am and 6 pm.

After discussing the importance of timely delivery and refueling, we concluded that each delivery only required approximately 250 gallons. The referral then asked if I could deliver seven days a week. I explained the challenge of suppliers being closed on weekends but assured them that I could accommodate their request. However, it would require acquiring tanks to store 1,250 gallons. They questioned why not only 1,000 gallons since it would be two deliveries on Saturday and Sunday. I clarified that suppliers wouldn't be open in time for Monday morning’s delivery, necessitating storage for five deliveries: two each on Saturday and Sunday, and one on Monday morning.

Next, I inquired about the duration of their service needs, and they stated at least until September. I reassured them that it wouldn't be a problem. Our deliveries are consistently on time, and we provide a picture and timestamp of each delivery for confirmation. Fuel prices are quoted daily, and payments are made daily to ensure accurate billing.
